I've seen the movie, I have the music on tape and I read the book - so I guess it's save to say that I loved it. The book is by Roddy Doyle. He is a great writer and I love his work. If you want to read more by this author try Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha - it's absolutely mindblowing.
