At any rate Euro size 38.5 is Mens size 6 in the US, 5.5 in the UK, 5.5 in Australia, and 5 in Mexico, (where noone wears anything beyond a size 8 anyways lol)

..size 5.5/6 is kid's feet dude.

It is indeed kids/womens size. No man I know has feet that small, they usually start at 40.
