Yes!! Bono ordered a box of them. They were delivered to the Shannon airport on his return and he gave one to O'Neill before the airplane took off again for the US!!

Excerpt from Washington Post article...(via @U2.com news)

HOMING IN

The flight home is a high-spirited affair, with O'Neill making a
brief appearance wearing Bono's shades. When the plane stops at
Ireland's Shannon Airport to drop off Bono, the entourage disembarks
to say farewell before flying on to Washington. "One hundred and 15
pints of Guinness!" the rock star commands the startled barman in the
airport pub.

A box materializes, full of T-shirts that Bono has ordered emblazoned
with "The Odd Couple Tour of Africa 2002." Bono informs the crowd
that the shirts were made in two days. "I call that a result," he
crows.

O'Neill puts on the T-shirt over his starched white dress shirt.

And Bono is still wearing his shades.

"You know, nothing's changed. But everything's changed," Bono
says. "I've got a funny feeling about this trip."

Maybe I should check with O'Neill's office??

Good luck.........to call this "limited edition" is putting it pretty mildly.

Seems I always want what I cannot have...

...Bono's dark green leather tour jacket with black leopard on the shoulder,
...Bono and Ali as next door neighbors to barbecue with and have their kids over to play with mine,

...etc. (only posts those desires in PLEBA)!!!!

But that's why I'm married to my own personal Bono!!!

Anyone have a photo of this shirt yet?

I know I'll never get my hands on one but I'd love to take a look at it.

Damn...

Knowing I can never have that jacket Bono wore during the Super Bowl half-time show, I'm drawing pattrerns to make my own! Ha ha! I wonder how Bono would feel if he saw me in it. Maybe none too pleased. :p

I want that royal blue Eisenhower jacket Larry wore during the Zooropa era, the one with the three lemon insignias! Not a replica either; the exact one he wore.

Heck, why not make that jacket? I know someone who made a Fly outfit. It's pretty cool. If you really want it go for it!

Oops! I'm not talking about making the jacket Larry was wearing. I'm talking about making one like Bono's. There has been some talk that he doesn't like it when people wear Fly outfits, but what the heck? I doubt if he really cares. Hm, a silk flag? I don't know how they make flags. There may be some out there in some fabric stores, they've been selling flag stuff like crazy in all of the places I buy my costume fabrics in since 9/11. Good luck!
