Acoustic Stuck Radio Promo - For $12

I called around to used cd shops for rare U2 stuff, and one place has an acoustic radio promo for Stuck. They are asking for $12. Is this a rip off or is it worth buying? Your opinions are much needed and appreciated. Thanks!

they used to sell U2-7 @ Target for like 10 bucks or something, no? that included all of the B-Sides from the Singles (Stuck Acoustic, Beautiful Day Quincy Mix, Elevation Influx Mix, Big Girls Are Best, etc)

Yeah I wouldn't pay that much for it but that's just me. I just got 7 (the Target here just put out a batch of them? but I got mine on Amazon for like $3 ), it's a good version of SIAM.
