A question about Chicago 15/5 and Buffalo 31/5 bootlegs

Once during the Chicago show (I think it's during MW) is Bono really saying "lick my legs, I'm on fire" or am I hearing things?

And can anyone tell what he's saying in WOWY in Buffalo after 5:00 of playing time, when it's only him and Edge, and Larry just clicking his drumsticks (sounds awesome)?

PJ Harvey, who opened for U2 during the first leg, had a song where she says 'lick my legs, I'm on fire'. So, my guess is that Bono *is* saying that.

As for the Buffalo show, I tried playing with the equalizer to see if I could pick out what he's saying, but I couldn't. Sorry.
