I'm voting for Bad because I was at a show where One Tree Hill was played 25th. Hell, it might have been the only one.

Tough choice. I prefer Bad as a song, but I think it fits better in the middle of a show, ideally segueing into Streets. Plus, I was at the Chicago 360 show with OTH, and it was simply incredible. One Tree Hill wins.
