What do you rate as the best five studio tracks of U2's starting with Pop and going up to today?

(NOTE: list only studio tracks... list only five... think of it literally as "best", not as most popular, most important to their career, etc... just "best" in your subjective opinion. Thanks.)

Did I mention to list only

It's a U2 breakup theme!

Because this is a Numbers thread and bad puns are inevitable:

(Don't) Wake Up Dead Band
Eternity of Surrender(ing to hip new bands)
No Reunion On The Horizon
When I Look At The Music Scene Today (I get depressed and want to break up the band)
Breathe (your last, U2)

1. Mofo 2. Wake Up Dead Man 3. Please 4. Gone 5. If God Will Send His Angels

I love U2 and I love James Bond. So...

To wit:

No Mr Bond, I Expect You to Disco(theque)
Dr. Please
The Spy Beneath Her Feet Who Loved Me
Die Another Beautiful Day
Quantum of Surrender

Oh, fuck, I forgot about the MDH stuff. Dateless (Because Nobody Comes To Our Shows Anymore) is a smoooooooooooth track.

Do You Feel Loved
Wake Up Dead Man
The Ground Beneath Her Feet
Please
Mofo

No order

Please
Gone
Ground Beneath Her Feet
Kite
When I Look at the World
City of Blinding Lights

When I think of the genuinely great tracks produced over the last 4 albums, this was much easier than I expected.

1. Gone
2. Please
3. Kite
4. Magnificent
5. Cedars

The hit ratio's not quite what it was in the 80's/early 90's, unfortunately.

Please
Kite
Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own
No Line on the Horizon
Moment of Surrender

Something like this:

Please
Mofo
Beautiful Day
City of Blinding Lights
Moment of Surrender

In no order.

In this order:

Please
Moment of Surrender
Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of
Window In The Skies
Unknown Caller

Top four are very easy to pick, it's the fifth that's the tricky one. It's a pity we can't count it, but 'Never Let Me Go' from the MDH soundtrack is amazing. It's one of my regrets for U2 that the promised left-field sound of that soundtrack didn't materialise more on ATYCLB. After the experience of listening to MDH in spring 2000, ATYCLB was a real let down - for me, at least.

Moment of Surrender
Please (single version more than the album version)
Cedars of Lebanon
Wake Up Dead Man
Gone

Wow, never thought I'd get 3 Pop-songs on here but look at that. I still think it's a really uneven album, but it has some really good stuff on there.

Moment of surrender (and nothing else truly great)

Stuck in a moment
City of blinding lights
Magnificent
Breathe

1. No Line On The Horizon
2. Gone
3. Love And Peace Or Else
4. In A Little While
5. Discothèque

Honourable mentions:
1. Breathe
2. Sometimes You Can’t Make It On Your Own
3. (every track on POP)

In no order:

Wake Up Dead Man
If You Wear That Velvet Dress
The Ground Beneath Her Feet
Electrical Storm (original, not the Orbit mix)
No Line On The Horizon II
