U2 don't need NME anyway, NME has been the 'give glowing reviews to anything to do with garage rock' circus ever since The Strokes came along. Q seems to be the british mag that supports them tho, even though that's basically the British Rolling Stone,

Jesus Christ! is that rag still around? Who cares what they think, if they evr gave U2 any praise I'd start to worry about my taste in music, just look at some of the names on there, doherty, brown, love, rascal, allen? I rest my case, Christ they haven't even got Jagger in there!
