Mystery U2 songs (unpublished, future works, etc)

So I was digging around on BMI's website, looking for hints for the new record, when I came across the following songs. BMI catalogues rightsholders to songs and lists them in a database.

for example, the following are songs credited to Edge.

Anyway, a few titles stuck out.. now I'm pretty sure these have never been released - but I thought I'd check with my fellow nuts. Any ideas?

Looks like it includes a cover of One in some way. And You're A Star looks like a B-side to that single.

They're just songs that have U2 samples in them of some sort, so U2 get some writing credits.

'Without You' is probably 'With or Without You', but the Dallas guy removed Bono's vocal of "With or..." from the track.

Looks like it includes a cover of One in some way. And You're A Star looks like a B-side to that single.

That is a song by the Lighthouse Family - came out in the early 2000s and snippeted One at the end. Good song in its day
