Astonishing amount of unfinished or unreleased tracks ("Wave Of Sorrow", "Smile", "Levitate") ending up on these lists. Seems a bit weird to me, but then I remember that I freakin' love Xanax & Wine.

When I look at all these lists, it just reinforces for me the greatness of U2...how a band can have this many absolutely brilliant songs is just mind-boggling...and this is just a top 50 and below

There is an alternate Top 50 Coldplay list. This was had more lists posted by fans but few ranked those lists so no weighting was done. Fix You was only #20 on that one. While I'm less excited to see Fix You as #6 on the second one I think the list is overall better the the first list.
The initial one Coldplaying.com Messageboard - View Single Post - 25 FAVORITE COLDPLAY SONGS- ULTIMATE COLDPLAYING BRACKET NOMINATIONS!!! again no rank weightings were counted.
and yes Viva la Vida got #1 on both lists. It was half the reason I made the rank weighted second list. I was surprised by the first results with that as #1 but it held up.
Great song but it'll be interesting to see if there are different results in a year or two if I repeat the process.
