I would send you a starbucks if they would only perfect the technology!

If you had AIM, we could chat, I'm typing up paper #2! And it's 2am!

Aaah that would be good, as there isn't a Starbucks or similar here for about 5 miles!!! IT firewalls block chat too I'm afraid, otherwise it would have been nice to have company :)

Now had my 2nd cup of instant...feeling returning to legs at last.

There are 6 coffee shops available on or within walking distance of my campus. 5 of them are Starbucks...I'm not kidding! I can't turn without running into a Cafe Mocha.

And every office offers coffee or tea. It's pretty wacky. Of course, we ARE all up until the wee hours, but still...5 Starbucks?

There are other places I could get coffee I suppose, but I'm just kinda choosy 'cause I used to buy Starbucks every morning on my way to where I used to work.

5 Starbucks does seem rather a lot, tho I suppose we're talking about a catchment of 1000's of students, academics, support, admin staff, etc.

I guess demand is being fulfilled somehow.
