Does anyone know the rap lyrics Jay-Z does with U2?

He has done a verse in Sunday Bloody Sunday a few times but I think he only rapped on Scarlet once? (25th November?)
I have bootleg recording, but they are not good quality and he talks to fast to make out all the words!

Still can't make out the very beginning and the bit before he says "all I got is dreams"
beautiful lyrics!! I wish they would release a HQ or Studio version!
