Just got off of the phone with ticketmaster. After emailing me this afternoon, I responded to them and they called me tonight.
The first thing out of their mouths "I would like to take the opportunity to apologize and assure you that Ticketmaster and U2.com are trying to fix the problem"
Then they gave me the honor of buying two GA's for San Diego March 28th. Opening Night.
I was pissed on Tuesday, but I felt the tide turning all week that they would fix it. They have. Yes, I am sure some of you will still be mad, but for this fan he couldn't be more excited to see his favorite band in the world.
