Tonight (Wed 28 Aug) Dave Fanning will have the very first play of the brand new U2 single 'Electrical Storm'. Recorded recently in Dublin, the single is rumoured to be good... very good... but listeners will get a chance to decide for themselves by tuning in this evening between 7 and 8pm.
U2 have long been rumoured to be on the verge of releasing new material, to accompany the new Greatest Hits collection (Best of 1990-2000). 'Electrical Storm' will feature on the collection of music from the period 1990 2000, which is released on DVD on November 4 and CD a week later.
