I just sent an email through u2.com. I love this band, but ticket buying should NOT be so stressful.

Ok. After holding twice for 15 minutes I got through to someone who after I verified various things asked me if I got a phone call or email from them. I said no I was just responding to the twitter alert. He said if I didn't get an email or phone call they couldn't help me at this time but...

On the phone now, had been on hold for about 15 minutes and got disconnected. Go figure... this whole process has been so frustrating. First world problem I know but disappointing nonetheless. Called back and am on hold again. Let's see what happens .

300? So if I'm at RB at 8, there is NO Way that 300 people who also get there at 8 are getting in front of me just because of this "list". Ugh. .. let the drama begin

Last tour's GA mgmt was really good overall I think. Smaller venues helped. SAP in San Jose was perfect! The SAP security team had a spot outside handing out numbered wrist bands and said "Don't come back until 4:00". Then everyone lined up by number at that time and we cruised in. Hung out...

My email from the Rose Bowl dated 5/10 that's specific to the concert said parking lots open at 2:30. Levi's Stadium is kind of the same (2pm). I'm wondering what that means for GA lines. I was there in 2009 and it was awesome hanging out all day on the grass (until the last few minutes of...

Any news or ideas about GA lines? I see that parking lots for Levi's (and for Rose Bowl too) won't open until the afternoon. Does that mean they don't want people lining up at the crack of dawn (or day before)? And if we WANT to line up? Where do we park? Ugh....I LOVE the anticipation of...
