Are you talking about "word Pad" located in accessories? If so, did you just delete the shortcut or the actual program? shortcut points to here on my machine: "C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe" . Might still be there and you can copy the shortcut back to where you want it.
