U2 Fans Helping Other U2 Fans Get Tickets

I have a pair of GA’s for this Wednesday, 12/6, that I won’t be using and am looking to offload to fellow fans. I wanted to check with this community before I relist through Ticketmaster. I arrive in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Looking to recoup face value, $536-ish to my recollection.

Well, I have a flight and room, but the tickets that were abundant when I booked have dwindled, with the remaining seats less than ideal. I’m also pretty repulsed at this Ticketmaster pricing based on their perceived demand. It’s quite crass if I’m reading it correctly. That said, I’m in the...

    Record Store Day

Yeah, I've got a long, dicey history of buying deluxe reissue packages and listening to the demos once and never again - R.E.M. and Pavement come quickly to mind. But I had to pull the trigger on this one, knowing that I'll probably listen to it once. I figure there will be a buyer when I get...

    Record Store Day

That makes me sad if true. RSD is obviously becoming a brand in its own right, but a pop-up seems to undermine the premise of supporting the local brick and mortar shops, no? I had a decent day: 'The Piper at the Gates of Dawn,' 'The Kids Are Alright,' Uncle Tupelo's 'No Depression' demos, 'A...

June 16, 2017 - Louisville, KY - Papa Johns Stadium

Hey guys... If anyone out there ends up holding an extra GA ticket, I'd appreciate any consideration. It looks like I'm going to be able to make the whirlwind trip up and back. This may be the only time I get to catch this tour unless St Louis works out. Thanks! :sexywink:

Yeah, they did at least one session around the release of Out of Time. I think that show's probably the exposure that got me to dig into their back catalog, and they were my favorite band within weeks. I've got the audio of that show somewhere in my computer, and it's not 4 LP's of material -...

Destroyer - Kaputt (AKA NSW: NEVAR Forget)

Finally getting around to this one. All I know is, I can't listen to "El Rito" without hearing Deep Purple's "Woman From Tokyo." Such a huge portion of my favorite music features lyrics that run the spectrum (at least to me) of impressionist at best to tossed off at worst - early R.E.M...
