    The Who appreciation thread

I just saw the Royal Albert Hall gig last night on TV. It was absolutely brilliant and I assure you that the next time im in a CD shop I'll pick it up. It was great to see them playing with modern stars like Noel Gallagher and Eddie Vedder. Noel looked like a kid in a candy store when he got up...

THIS is sad... I love Oasis, but their fans can be um, right...

That forums full of stupid twats. U2 and Oasis are both great bands so why can't we just get along. P.S. I live in Toronto and it's quite a safe city.

    Coldplay vs. The Verve

I'd take The Verve over Coldplay anyday. As was said earlier, The Verve have so many more dimensions than Colplay. Simply comparing Parachutes with Urban Hyms you can clearly see this. In addition, Ashcroft's better than Martin and McCabe is better than the Coldplay guy.

I need the setlist for Oasis's unplugged where Liam didn't show.

They also played Listen Up and Whatever but they were not broadcasted.

Rock fans : here is the best news for you... for us

That tracklisting must be bollocks because it does not have Force of Nature included on it, which Noel said would be on the album. Can't wait for the new single. EDGE 102 ROCKS!!!

Especially the Morning Glory ones. Roll With It has possibly the best version of Live Forever ever...

    Noel vs. Liam....

Personally I like Noel better just because he's wrote so many classic songs. I still think Liam's really cool and he has the same birthday as me (September 21.)
