Reports say that on Wednesday there were 58,000 people. So the 180,000 figure may be close. However till the last minute there were quite a lot of tickets available for Sunday, not the case of Wednesday and Saturday. What I heard is that there were many invitations on Sunday (local radio and TV...
I guess it was rather spacious because Sunday gig wasn't sold out. On Wednesday it looked packed and they kept pulling half-dazed people out from the main GA field during most of the show. BTW where was the disabled area?
To miss most of a U2 show to go and watch "la bosta" play is hard to believe. Makes me shudder. However you did get one of their typical comeback matches which much to their regret put us at the top...
Yeah, maybe, but still the set list had 5 or 6 songs off the new album to fewer or at least the same number off one other album (AB). Yesterday there were more songs off two other albums (AB and ATYCLB) then off the new one even counting the Crazy remix. I have the feeling that the Vertigo set...

Yes, this is what I mean that is why I said "play" between inverted commas. The band does play the instrumental section, but Bono doesn't even sing his one-word part so that's why I'm not sure if it counts as the song being actually played.
Pablo, I really hear you. I was to the Wednesday show and thought it was me. The crowd wasn't a figment of what Argentine crowds have us used to. Have we ever heard of NO chanting after the end of a main set OR the show???? The lack of reaction to Boots on Wednesday may have been due to the fact...
I'm glad you didn't have rain on Friday night. However FYI normally the weather in La Plata is exactly the same as in Buenos Aires. In fact we had rain this morning too.
There have been no major differences between BA1 and 2 setlists. I prefer Wednesday's main set. As much as I love NYD, IWF after EBTTRT is absolutely killer. And I'd rather have North Star than another one from ATYCLB esp when it's Stuck. However, I'd rather have tonight's encores: no MOTD and...
