That's actually a very old logo, from the Outside Broadcast leg of Zoo TV. I've got a ball cap, t-shirt and baseball jersey with that logo. I'll see if I can find a way to scan it.

This was the least affecting show I've seen on this tour, doubly disappointing because I had brought with me five people who'd never seen U2 before. They all enjoyed themselves, but were aware that a lot of other people weren't that into it, and myself and two others who had seen the band before...

I tend to like the studio versions better, except on the last two albums. ATYCLB and HTDAAB are so slick and digital and over-polished that the energy is taken out of them. Seeing the Vertigo Tour turned me around on some songs from the last two albums. I think the reason I prefer album tracks...

All the UF shirts I saw at MSG were so worn down that you could barely see the image. How is yours unwashed/unworn?

Check out Secret World Live and Growing Up Live. Hamish Hamilton kind of butchered the Growing Up DVD, but it's still an amazing stage production. Peter Gabriel and LePage really let their imaginations run (tastefully) wild.

The album version is beautiful. It's one of my favorite songs on Boy.
