My tickets arrived on Monday, 4/12. You can see if your tickets have been mailed by going to Smith's Tix website and after logging in, go to the "My Tickets" tab. If the tickets have been mailed, there will be no tickets listed and it will say "You have no tickets available for forwarding."

I have never had this happen when using my Mastercard. I think that "Verified by Visa" is a security tool only used by Visa, but I might be wrong.
