Agreed. Although MOS is a great song, a higher energy closer would probably send the fans out on a better note.
MOS defintely seemed somewhat out of place ending the Giants Stadium shows, especially with half the crowd rushing to the gates to leave to deal with the disaster of the NJ Transit...
Never heard much about Muse, but they seemed like a good opening band for Bono and the boys at Giants Stadium, and consideration will be given to getting their tunes.
It was fairly funny when Bono mentioned onstage that Muse was currently the Number One most downloaded band in 27 countries...
The volume was just right on the Upper deck of Giants Stadium, NJ show.
Brought cheap ear plugs for the (first) show just in case, and happily realized that they were not needed.
Excellent song- and Great lyrical reference by Bono in the TUF lyrics to Psalm 46,
