Question about 'The Fly' on Elevation DVD Boston

Yes, this is by far my favorite version of The Fly, which is one of my favorite songs... I really like how he leads the intro into the chorus. Though, upon seeing this, I have to mention that Bono's singing in the chorus of Live From Chicago DVD was especially powerful, and that's my 2nd...

MERGED ---> The Fly ... Bono's tribute to himself? + The best U2 song ever!! The Fly

Indeed, The Fly is one of my favorite songs. I really enjoy the Edge's guitar solo towards the end, it's really powerful. On the Live From Chicago DVD, it's amazing, the way Bono sings the chorus is great. On the Live From Boston DVD, Bono sings in interesting intro, that leads up to "love...

    Lady With The Spinning Head

Is this song not an early mixture of Ultra Violet and The Fly... as evident by two guitar riffs played one after another towards the end.

    Mercy, Fast Cars, Native Son

See, I hate that line that you just listed, LyricalDrug. The alt. All Because of You is far better than the album version... Just to quickly jump back a few posts, I think Lady With the Spinning Head beats both The Fly and Ultraviolet, even though The Fly is one of my favorites!

    Mercy, Fast Cars, Native Son

Does anyone here know of the song Levitate? That would have actually sucked if that had replaced Elevation... I mean the chorus is o.k. (who can stop us now... who can make us wait... who can slow us down... make us hesitate) that part, but otherwise that song isn't that good. Still, the...

    Mercy, Fast Cars, Native Son

Mercy isn't that good... I really enjoyed the chorus, such as: "love puts the blue back in your eye" and that part, but the rest, even the opening line, I didn't enjoy at all. I would say that NS and V are equal... they could be played for each other. As for X&W and FS... Xanax kills Fast Cars...

    Mercy, Fast Cars, Native Son

Well, I enjoyed Native Son, though I do I agree that Vertigo is better. Xanax and Wine was way better than Fast Cars, but I really enjoy the "Mexican" feel of Fast Cars almost better than the feel of Xanax. As for Mercy, I'm going against everyone else! I don't think that it was bad, indeed...
