I give it a 3 and that's being generous. One of the most dullest tracks in U2's back catalogue alongside One Step Closer. How this made the Best of 1990-2000 in some versions when The Fly didn't is mind boggling.
I've noticed a few people have singled out Elevation 3rd leg as a poor part of the tour. Coming from someone who generally doesn't take interest in bootlegs of that era, may I ask why it isn't highly regarded ?
