Am I wrong In saying

The Beastie Boys suck. All their songs are garbage. Give me NWA any day.

Zoots 08-27-2008 12:40 PM

lololol. Nobody is "wrong" in saying anything. It's called opinion.

u2popmofo 08-27-2008 12:40 PM

Yes, you're very wrong. VERY WRONG.

This should be in Zoo Confessionals, that's how wrong you are.

what Beastie Boys songs do you know Justin?

snowbunny00774 08-27-2008 12:56 PM

Wrong. I intergalactically love the Beasties.*

lazarus 08-27-2008 12:58 PM

You're wrong in creating a new thread, when we have Random Music Talk for stuff like that.

I'm pretty sure he's wrong on this one.

Wha??? Beastie Boys rock. And I really wouldn't compare them to NWA either, that's like saying all rock is comparable. "Radiohead suck, give me Metallica anyday."

How can you not like the Besties? They've sampled Zeppelin, they've played their own instuments, they've dressed up like 70's undercover cops, they fought for your right to party, they've been politically active, and they've worked with Biz Markie

GirlsAloudFan 08-27-2008 01:16 PM

I'm not a big fan but I respect them I guess, and I do enjoy some of their songs.

elevated_u2_fan 08-27-2008 01:16 PM

all valid points...

there's also this:

YouTube - "Hey Ladies"

got_edge 08-27-2008 01:24 PM

Justin had envy so I shot him in the head.

elevated_u2_fan 08-27-2008 01:24 PM

was it a sure shot?

Yes I have heard their songs, why else do you think I made this thread. The only subpar song is Brass Monkey. But Nah I don't like them.

Other tracks I have listened to from their "Licensced to Ill" album- Rhymin and Stealin, Paul Revere, Posse In Effect

Other songs Shambala, Sabatoge.
