Mercedes-Benz Arena - Berlin, Germany - August 31, 2018

---------- It’s a Beautiful World ----------
01 - The Blackout
02 - Lights of Home
03 - I Will Follow
04 - Red Flag Day
05 - Beautiful Day
06 - The Ocean
07 - Iris (Hold Me Close)
08 - Cedarwood Road
09 - Sunday Bloody Sunday
10 - Until the End of the World

Saw a Periscope of the new intro and thought it was a little sloppy, but obviously there will be tweaks. Overall a much more upbeat start than Leg 1 - nice integration of Chaplin's The Great Dictator.

Shouldn't that read more like:

----------------- Zooropa------------------
01 - The Blackout

I'm waiting for a decent pic of the setlist to see what they're labeling the intro video as. If I'm not mistaken, I could also hear Bono singing a few lines of "Love is All We Have Left" during the intro.

And there's our 1st tour debut.

A ton of preachifying about stuff. Almost needs its own spot on the setlist.

Edge was on electric guitar, plus you could hear the backing vocals and violins. Technically acoustic.

1st performance since St. Louis. And ooh, I think that worked well.

Setlist wise I’d say this one is an improvement on the American ones

So we're looking at 23 songs tonight? :tsk:

Same as always though... Instead of a recorded song pretending to be live, they just went full recorded to open. However I think RFD will be in every show this leg so there will now be zero rotation.

And that's it.
