Man, I'd so much rather drop a few hundo on Sat 6/17 in Philly then Sun 6/18. Esp being Sunday is Father Day. Saturday would be a much much better tailgate!

Correct - all presale times are local venue/city time.

When will the added shows go on sale? I'll be trying for GAs, and I would rather see the second NJ show than the first, and don't want to waste my presale code on the first show if I would be able to get tickets to day two (but I'm also nervous about then possibly missing out altogether).

Real talk:

How many shows till they ditch the "whole album, every night" promise? I'd like to stay optimistic that they'll stick to it, but I do recall i+e tour being announced with the promise of unique paired shows.

At some point after the regular onsale for the first night shows. If the last two tours are any indication, we'll get another round of presales for the new dates. Hopefully.

I think unique paired shows would require them to "rehearse" a lot more material, whereas all they have to rehearse for this tour are 11 songs and maybe 10-20 others. I bet that the setlists will be ridiculously static this time around.

Good evening. Does anyone know what agency or company will likely handle the ticket sales for the European shows, especially Brussels, Amsterdam, and Paris, so that we can go ahead and register accounts now, and not have to mess with that at silly o'clock in our home time zone, please?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I think there's cause for optimism, in that the entire tour is billed around them playing the entire album (whether in sequence or not). Sure, the pairs thing was in the original IE announcement, but it wasn't the centrepiece of the tour and an essentially identical amount of shows would have been booked anyway. They'd open themselves up to a wave of negative reviews if they don't do all eleven songs.

But we've been burned enough times that I nonetheless expect to get dudded. Can't wait for them to decide Red Hill is too hard or Exit is too dark or whatever.

(Though I won't shed a tear if they give up on Trip.)

The links are now showing up on the U2.com website, and I had already found my way to the Belgian Ticketmaster website. It does appear that credit card info can't be entered until you select a ticket/get to the checkout screen.

Hope everyone gets the tickets they want.

As opposed to how wildly varied they normally are? Static set lists are the name of the game with this band
