I KNEW they'd drop ASOH eventually. That's the kind of weak f*cking thing they do these days.

Hopefully it makes it back into the setlist by the time they get to London...or this was just a one night aberration. Never said this in my life, but seriously, damn this band can be lame. If they could find a way to get out of playing JT in its entirety, they'd do that as well.

redhill was right...their heart isn't in this tour.

Nick's quarterly plea to keep his street cred with the trolls.

LOL...that's just what redhill said! That I wanted street cred with the "bullies".

Wow...coming from both sides. I must be doing something right!

Redhill? Is that you?

I don't think that dropping anything, or changing up the setlist a bit during a 2 night stand should be read into so much. I'm sure ASOH will be back for the one nighter in Houston, as will Little Things.

Hope you're right!

But I don't know why they have to vary the set list by dropping ASOH, of all songs.

Nick, TBH the song was great to hear live but the arrangement they gave it was very odd. Kind of a tempo break in an otherwise energetic opening set. They should have gone with the WAIA version as they did with Bad, at least in Seattle.

They drop songs all the time in the early tour stages. No big deal.

I'm gonna disagree, as someone who just did both shows this weekend. I don't know that the whole band is feeling this tour. But Bono is feeling the HELL out of this tour. Both nights, when he came to the main stage for Streets, and saw the whole floor jumping, he was mouthing "Wow" and "Oh My God." And he is SO into the JT songs. He's having a blast.

Someone above me said the ASOH arrangement is weird, and I agree. I'm not sure why they're not just performing it in its entirety, as it sounded on the album. (They cut out "And we live... Of its own," which, of course, is my favorite verse in the song.)

Yeah, I said after Vancouver the arrangement sounded weird.

But damn, we finally get ASOH in the setlist and now...this.

Watching a YouTube clip of the album straight through from this night. Couple of thoughts:

1. It's great to hear Streets in the context of the album and not a cause. All of the big 3 really.

2. These are faithful presentations of the album performances, tho some might have a subtle twist.

3. Best ISHFWILF since 1987.

4. Side 2 they really heat up. Bono sounds great.

5. Most important- the BAND sounds great.

I'm super excited for CHI.

I was there and agree with all of your points.

I am glad I wasn't the only one who found the performances, especially vocally, to be outstanding!
