Yeah i knew that Gilette is in Foxborough and that Metlife is in East Rutherford :) I watch alot of NFL so.. :)

Too bad i hate both teams that plays in those stadiums ;) (Cowboys fan here so come at me! ;) )

I'm a Boston-area native, a huge Pats fan, have seen U2 at Gillette multiple times, and really can't stand New York. HOWEVER, if it is a choice between Gillette and literally any other place, I would choose the other place every single time. Gillette traffic is an absolute nightmare and it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Truly awful.

That helmet catch much like Lovetown and Australia, isn't real.
I was there, the ref (correctly) called Eli in the grasp, he threw incomplete on 4th an 19 and the rest is history.

:shifty:

This isn't a "NYC is better than Boston errrmagod" thing... but I'd say MetLife and here's why.

First, neither stadium is in Boston or NYC. Both are in surrounding suburbs. I actually think Gillette is the nicer stadium... but getting in and out of that piece is an absolute nightmare. Not that getting in and out of MetLife is a walk in the park, but compared to Gillette is night and day.

For a U2 concert, I would walk 100 miles or so ( or what is humanly possible ) to see them perform in a better venue / stadium.

You could just order a bunch of crap and throw it together

Fries, cheese of some sort and gravy... yeah, probably, but it's always nice to eat it in a sports bar or something too.

Possible to get poutine in Boston?

Feels like were weering off topic. :D

Well, since we're at it already... :)

Boston might be close enough to the border that there could be a few choices there. I imagine quick Google search should come in handy!

*awaits the poutine puns to start coming in*

Seems like most NFL stadiums are out in the middle of nowhere these days. So they can alot more space for parking etc. And just demolish the old stadium fast as well.

Them prices tho.
I want to get about 3 - 4 of those tshirts at Metlife, gonna be pricey.

Seems legit to me then.

Missed out on having poutine when i was in Toronto last time.

Pretty much my highlight visiting Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec City in March was eating my entire body weight in poutine.

Much like tuf bono would've.

I am going to have to take a look see and check where my 30 yr old JT shirt might be at. I moved too many times in those 30 years.

Canadian $$ Prices and CDN $$ is shitty compared to US right now. Maybe US prices will be better. We shall see in Seattle in a few days.
