NYC #8 Setlist Party

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I was just looking through Michael McDonald's setlists and they're just as static as U2's. I just don't understand why people complain and act like U2 is the only band that does this.

those fans should be takin' it to the streets

Neither do I. I mean, if it's a situation where you might want that to justify going to more than 2 or 3 shows, then I suppose that could be a reason. But like it's been said, they've never even done that before. And in this day and age, maybe it's just easier to get irritated by seeing the same songs posted every night online?

The solution, maybe, is just to not look at what they play every night. Or if it's a matter of justifying going to a lot of shows, then maybe going to more than one show just isn't for them? Idk.

If I get to hear A Sort of Homecoming I will complain slightly less about U2.

Maybe.

If I get to hear Acrobat...
I'll complain about Bono's voice and him singing nonsense over Edge's solo.
