You've got a high-energy first hour (at the moment it starts off so well but dies with Iris) but you still get to keep Iris and SFS in the set at the midway point. You've still got nine new songs in total. Throw in Please (which would fit well thematically and sound-wise) and you appease all the hardcore fans. Honestly they could go with that opening 10 all tour (shit even that opening 13 all tour) and I wouldn't complain. Good rotations later in the set (although you'd be bummed to get Miracle Drug instead of Bad or RTSS). It's just frustrating how close they are to something that I could really get behind.

Personally, I don't think you need to open with a new song. Why not start with Streets and blow the roof to Mars? Open with a short sequence that's going to get the crowd pumped, then go "Hey, we're going to play a few songs from our new album," do that, then reward them for sitting through five songs they don't care about with a hit.

Also, the show isn't long enough. There's no reason they shouldn't be playing 26 songs or more a night with the sheer size of their back catalogue and the price of tickets, and if it's an issue they can take an actual intermission in the middle.
