If you try to order now it says 207-8 are restricted view seats, so it seems like the 30 euro tickets are a bit shitty this tour.

Hey there I'm a French U2 fan who will be in Amsterdam the 7th to 10th September to see the first two shows. However, I won't know anyone in Amsterdam at the shows Would anyone in my situation be interested to meet up and visit the city with me ?
