U2 fans should simply buy extra presale codes for the shows they want and get the tickets they need. That's exactly what the brokers do. The rules are bullshit and are never enforced. Why abide by rules and get stung in the secondary market when the secondary market exists because brokers don't follow the rules. I preached this in December and everyone turned a deaf ear.

I would hope that ad was a joke but I already saw a guy offering a free ticket to a "hot girl" (must send pics!) on craigslist. Somehow I think he was looking for an escort to the show.

I was at the atu2 party last night. So awesome when Edge & Adam showed up! Apparently it was a complete surprise they arranged with the venue. Atu2 didn't even know they were coming.

Everyone in my family is a member of U2.com. However, everyone in my family actually is a fan of U2, so I don't feel like I'm beating the system.... My 12-year old son wants me to get him a ticket for 7/31, unfortunately I don't have a spare $500+ lying around... He's going tonight (with mom and dad) with his U2.com tickets... This will be his first GA experience....

It seems that when the box office opens (10am maybe) they release obstructed view tickets for $35. I believe they are in section 215. They were released online for MSG1, but not since (probably because people are on line at box office).

Something to note if you have no tickets for tomorrow (and just want to get in the building).

Just got back - they dropped ~46-60 $35 seats then shut it down. All in obstructed views. Security then told us to come back at 3pm.

Actually showed up around 9:45am because that's all my schedule would allow - there were roughly 70 others there.

Several playing ticket 'slots' on the ticket machines hopeful for a drop there in lieu of the cold hearted killers that are the people in the box office.

You see free ticket to hot girl all the time including here and from what I saw on GA floor and lower Seats it happens all the time. I mean there's a reason rich guys have pretty girls with them. It's U2 tix that's right!

I live in suburbia. Doesn't take long to get there, but not sure about by 10AM. Would probably have to get there before 9am I'm assuming since there will be a line? Was planning to go around 12 or 1 tomorrow.

Online doesn't seem to release much.

I'd say so, just check the fees they charge. Also, maybe shop around the other broker sites to see if there's a better deal as those same seats will be posted there and the fees may be less.

It's a Pen a little passed the entrance on the right, passed the absolut sign.. I was in 3/4 blue barriers that I assume said MSG on them... there was no sign to tell you what was going on, I just knew. And of course everyone asks everyone else "why are you in this line" non stop.
