I was wondering if that's what happened! Heard some commotion up front but couldn't see what was going on

I'm in the 2nd pen near the 2nd to last pillar before the outside... And there's gotta be at least 20 people behind me.

Thanks for the directions! I found it but at least 80 people outside. From what you guys are saying there is another line inside?

So is the best bet just to go late afternoon?

Though if the band came outside it would probably be earlier than that.

What sec they offer up?

Congrats!

Were those obstructed view ones that some turned down only in the morning at 10AM? (And I assume its almost impossible for those to appear on the website?)

Initially passed on the $280 tickets late afternoon hoping for GA. It was after 8PM and still no GA drop or other cheaper tickets. It was around 8:40 when the box office offered a limited number of $280 tickets so I got a pair.

I got in the line around 3:15. There were about 40 people in front of me at that time.

took the 280s in the 200 level too, good luck to anyone trying to get tickets tomorrow. One piece of advice, the line up started before 5, was probably 50 deep when I got there around 4

I was on the line last night. In the back because I couldn't get there until 630. All hope seemed lost. Then as I'm frantically refreshing stubhub, 2 reasonable tickets pop up at 6:57. 112 row 10. $437 for 2. I hurried to buy them, phone froze after I purchased so I never got a confirmation screen. I was really upset because I kept loosing out every time something good popped up in resale or stubhub. Email popped up with my tickets!! Wife and I ran to staples, printed them and got to the show. What a rush. What a night. Disappointed with the set but it was still a great show.

I don't think any GA's dropped yesterday. I was in the second section of people in line waiting for tickets. I'm not sure what they offered to the first group. They only offered the $280 tickets to our group.

I got to the box office around 10:20am yesterday morning since my train was delayed. Once I arrived to the box office I found out that I had just missed $35 obstructed view seats by a few minutes to a group of European tour group that had lined up outside a few minutes before 10am. About 10-15 were released. Once that happened nothing else was released until about 7pm. People lingered around the box office and the kiosks but nothing happened. The box office kept telling people that a cancellation line would start at 5pm but it actually started at 3pm. Not organized at all. They kept telling people to disperse and "walk around" until 3pm. Once 3pm arrived everyone ran towards the first "pen" like it was the running of the bulls. Pretty sure some people were trampled in the process. I was #8-10 depending on the time of the night. Some lady with her son cut in front of everyone and had a "list". Around 6:30pm some other person showed up with their own list. MSG doesnt recognize lists for cancellation lines so it was pretty amusing to see. Around 700pm security comes around offering 1 $100 seat obstructed and a few $280 seats. 730pm security comes around and offers about 5 $35 seats and a few more $280s. I took the $35. Not sure what happened after that. Once security offers you a ticket and you take it you're lined up and given a card with a number on it. They then escort you to the box office and tell the attendant what ticket/tickets you agreed to purchase.
