You can also get great shows at U2Torrents. I use UnRar and xACT for lossless files like RAR, FLAC and SHIN on my mac. I think xACT converts to wav files so you can load them to iTunes.

Basically, google converting RAR on a Mac. I feel like I have to look it up every time I do it.
