Every GA show I have been to, I have walked in just as the gates opened (did not wait in the GA line all day) and ended up in the inner circle/pit" area. I do not understand the whole "sit at a venue all day" thing.
 
On the other hand, it's not like there's going to be much else to do on Saturday if you're camping there! :wink:

If I weren't so concerned about the traffic getting back to the venue in the afternoon, I'd go exploring.

I guess there's that casino ... :hmm:

We will be having a great time Saturday in Concert camping fo sho.
 
David also quoted me $30. He also told me that he was considering an increase to $40. I have heard from a few people that the number that I provided does not work.

The correct number is: 506.384.2124

laleighu2 I recommend parking here as you will be closer to your car while in line all day. And the money goes to Juvenile Diabetes not the city of Moncton. Take a look at the map and you will see what I mean....

I expect Friday night to be crazy. Hopefully everyone Saturday night will be exhausted, and will crash early. :wink:
 
My biggest concern right now is the parking. I spent my second lunch break (ha!) looking into the different options. Has anyone heard of the wristbands selling out for the "shuttle" lots? It looks like that will be the quickest way out of the grounds for those of us who will have a 2-3 hour drive back to PEI or NS.

The S4 gave it away ;) A good friend of mine drives one. Very nice car. I know he posts on some sort of Audi forum. Are you that hardcore?

This article has all the info on the park and rides. There will be two designated lots, the Moncton Coliseum and the old CN train yard. Bracelets are $10 roundtrip. Traveling to the venue the shuttles will run from 11am - 6pm and traveling back to the lots the shuttles will run from 11pm until all paid customers have been transported. Bracelets can be picked up at any metro Moncton Shoppers Drug Marts.

My wife's cousin has graciously bought us our park and ride wristbands and is driving us to one of the drop-off points. We're a little concerned about getting to the venue after 11am, but will hopefully get into the circle.

Yes...I have all the info. The problem is that I will not be driving in until Saturday. So, I will not be anywhere near the metro Moncton Shoppers Drug Marts until it is time to go and park.

Anyone have ideas about sales of the wristbands? are they going swiftly?

Yes and no. Mine is nicely modified but not to the extent of many people I know that dump small fortunes into their car. I prefer to spend the money on lapping and track days.

I started with car forums and still belong to a couple... but have expanded to too many forums/sites to daily visit.
 
Is it an Audi specific forum you belong to? Just curious if you might 'know' him, being that you're both from Toronto and might actually post on the same site. Not sure what site he posts in though or how frequently he does. I think the screenname he uses is Control1
