I would never buy from those sites either.

As I subscribed on U2.com I am hoping for good pre-sales rules.

3 friends are also members. That way we can visit more concerts.

Last time you could buy 4 tickets for 1 European concert. So the 4 of us visited 4 concerts.

But I don't buy from scalpers.

I'm gonna try for Amsterdam and Dublin, but we're trying with 3 regular members and 1 U2.com presale thing for Amsterdam so I think that one'll be pretty safe. Dublin however, will be hard.
