Anna, I fly in on Sunday late morning and will fly back to Vienna on Tuesday evening.

I have no idea when I'll go to the stadium, but I guess it will be in the afternoon again. Maybe I'll go for the outer rail again or for a spot a little more on the right side this time. What are your plans?

mhh, since I won't write the exam on monday and my little sister wants to be somewhere in the first rows we'll be there about 12 or 13:00. We'll go by car so we also may need some extra time because of the traffic. So, I think I'll be in the innercircle again...

Hm, I'm not entirely sure. I was thinking maybe this time trying to get more to the center, so maybe FOS but on the GA field center from the catwalk. If you are as confused as me with this description I will just write it in German: Ich dachte mir, eine gute Position wäre evtl. mittig vor dem Catwalk statt irgendwo an der Seite.

FOS mittig wird schon schwierig wenn man nicht sehr früh da ist. Es sei denn, man versucht sich, wie in Berlin, durchzuquetschen. Grundsätzlich reinzukommen halte ich für möglich wenn die Lage eher mit Berlin vergleichbar ist. Sollte es wie in Amsterdam sein dann viel Glück.
An mir solls aber nicht scheitern, hauptsache ich bin drin und steh nicht irgendwo ganz hinten.

Fos mittig = Anstellen um 8 Uhr morgens. Anders geht's nicht.

Catwalk ist eine gute Alternative. Finde ich jetzt persönlich besser als FOS irgendwo am Rand.

Wenn es wieder so voll wird wie in Berlin (was ich annehme), tendiere ich auch eher zu Catwalk. Außerdem muss man dorthin weniger weit rennen

Ach, so ein bißchen Sport vor der großen Show.
Aber es stimmt, FOS mittig ist sofort voll. Entweder man ist vorne mit dabei, und dementsprechend früh, oder man guckt gleich nach einer realistischeren Alternative.

Es gibt kaum etwas Frustrierenderes, als ins Stadion zu rennen und zuzusehen, wie sich der FOS füllt und zu wissen, dass man da nicht mehr reinkommt. Überhaupt, wenn man sich so im Schneckentempo bewegt wie ich

Das kommt davon, weil wir in Berin alle nur gegangen und nicht gerannt sind. Aber sobald es ans Rennen geht, versage ich unweigerlich.



In Berlin hatte ich völlig auf die Treppen vergessen bzw. diese verdrängt

Auf Schalke sollte es aber ebenerdig hinein gehen, das ist gut für's Tempo und verringert die Unfallgefahr.

Oh, diese Treppen die scheinbar unauffällig unten immer weitere Stufen hinzufügen.

Drei Tage hast du noch den 100m Sprint zu üben.

das olympiastadion in münchen ist aber am besten was treppen und den sprint in den fos anbelangt...

also in mailand war der catwalk mittig aber auch schon voll als ich ankam. ich schätze das mal so ein wie fos mittig.
ich bin ziemlich flott im sprint, weswegen ich mich nicht so drängeln muss beim einlass, da ich die sowieso alle wieder überhole.

ich werde fos versuchen. kannst ja dann versuchen für silvia am catwalk einen platz frei zu halten (eine person wird ja wohl gehen).

Ich glaube ich werde eher einfach spontan irgendwo hinrennen. Hauptsache irgendwo vorne. Wenns nicht allzu chaotisch wird dürfte es auch nicht schwer sein nach vorne zu kommen.

I have just freed up a day so I am coming to Gothenburg. My problem is I have no ticket and no hotel. Can anyone suggest a local ticket broker and a local hotel that I could walk to after the show? Would there still be trains running to Koln after the show. Thanks for any suggestions. Cheers.
