Okay, in 2005, the band really took Jim DeRogatis's remarks personally & it somehow improved the show -- they had something to prove.

But the end of the day is that Jim D doesn't get U2. I could share his bite, but it's the same chew toy he's been gnawing on for years.

And WTF that Lips comment? I loooovvveee the Lips but Coyne has not changed his schtick for THREE tours. He has the same white suit, the same dancing kids in crazy suits, the same silly string surrealism today as when Yoshimi came out in 02.
