Did they play to back of the stage enough to make those back there feel their energy? I can see that the screen of Aung Su is taken from back view as well.

In my opinion yes they did! But it was quite the opposite in Milan I. I think they play a lot more to the back of stage on 2nd day than on the first day. That was my impression when being at both dates. In Berlin I was also in the back, and they randomly came up to our side. I think Bono only once at the beginning as far as I can remember...
