You could make the case that plenty of fans don't know 7-12 on your list all that well (yet, or remember them), so that's a lot of lag in the middle in terms of sheer energy from the masses.

As a hardcore fan I wouldn't mind, I'm just guessing that those kind of songs will be intermixed with bigger ones.

I wouldn't be surprised if it pops up somewhere, but it's place was really on the Vertigo Tour.

Regardless, I'm thinking that tonight is DM's debut. I'm not holding my breath for IGWSHA. I'm hoping that ES stays in the setlist.
