Question about UF for those who have listened to any boots from this tour so far...

I brought this up in another thread after the first couple shows, and I just listened to UF from one of the recent Paris shows, and I'm noticing the same thing I was before: big chunks of lyrics are absent from the second half of the song.

These are the proper lyrics to the song:

So, my question is, has anyone else noticed this, and if so, do you think he is forgetting the lyrics, or do you think this is by design, that they just decided to drop some of the lyrics? It's a little curious - I'm thrilled they're playing the song at all, and vocally Bono is singing it very well, but the absence of those lyrics is curious to me.

Yeah, I noticed that listening to Barca 1... little disappointing he misses some, who knows why, but if they come here he just do the breaths in the background for all I care.

It seems like he's not attempting to hit those high notes in the "Stay tonight, in a lie" part. Which I guess is fine, I don't mind how he sings along with the melody part.

^I agree...However, Bono sings the "don't push me too far" bit in the middle of the song; I would think this could lead to some errors notewise, kind of like when One got screwed up in Barca. Seems to be a common theme with some of the songs this tour, like Party Girl in Milan 1- brilliant lyrics!!!

from what i remember, the guitar, keyboards and bass notes are the same for "don't push me too far" and "come on take me home".
