Best of the tour so far...

Ok, so, Doing a compilation of the entire leg is a bit silly, as there are so many fantastic performances, and it may be hard to separate the best 3 performances of any given song.

I am planning on mixing together a 3 cd compilation of each leg of the tour, with the best performances from each section mixed together in some sort of 'mini' show.

So, taking into consideration audio quality and performance quality, what do you want to see included:

I am proposing only a few to get the ball rolling. Just give the song and show it was played. Remember, not every song played will make it, so vote for your favourites.

I am voting for Ultraviolet from Barca 1 (biggirl matrix), simply because of the scat singing before the "I know it's not cheap" line.

Electrical Storm (Milan 2)

Crazy Tonight (Barca 1)

Sunday Bloody Sunday (Milan 1)

AOH/SBM (Milan 1)

Feel free to add yours. If there is debate between two versions, I will make the deciding vote. HOPEFULLY the boots we have will mix together ok (there will obviously be drops and rises in crowd noise, tone etc, but it will still be a nice compilation!)

I should say that the sources for Milan go without saying, Barca 1 will easily be the biggirl matrix, but Barca 2 has 2 recordings, each strong, but with their own problems (source 1 is a bit distant, source 2 has faint digital noise)

Paris I have only heard the m!les source... but if there are others surfacing, I will check them out

I second this one.

First was the best.

ISHFWILF

7/13.

Awesome how Bono lets the audience sing and then Edge fills in the gap "looking for" at like 1:55.

The word epic has been thrown around a bit here lately but this one almost foots the bill.

Exhibit A:

(there is no exhibit b.)

so, the question there is:

Is SHFWILF better in the Paris clip, or better with Stand By Me at the end in Milan?

You can say all you want about Still Haven't Found, but it sounds really good this time and the moment when the audience is joining in to sing is just magical. You'll find few other songs who have that special moment. I totally understand why U2 keeps bringing the song back.
