I read the BIG-O, as it's fondly termed, was due for new roof in 2009 and caused booking issues. Not sure if it happened but that was the word for the missed date in the 2nd leg

Woohoo, they just announced a Montreal date for Friday July 16, 2010. No venue specified just yet, but tickets will go on sale pretty soon!

Never been to this place. Is it a good venue for a concert. Is it an open field or are there seats as well.

Open field....saw Radiohead there. For Radiohead there were 35 000. Apparently Metallica years ago there were 40 000 something.

The only thing that sucks is taking the Metro there and leaving..

I think it'd be the Big O over Parc Jean Drapeau... it is still used on occasion, this is a stadium tour.
