Look how long Vertigo went. And throw in the potential for a new album and the knife crime issues South America has in the other three seasons...and winter 2010 makes perfect sense.

Raleigh was May 1997; Tampa was November.

I can't quite remember the Tampa attendance off the top of my head, but it was fucking dreadful, and if Raleigh was cancelled for barely reaching break even (which is still breaking even), then I'm struggling to see why Tampa wasn't. Edge even sarcastically noted it from the stage, telling the audience they could "spread out".

I was at the DC show the night before and the screen was jacked! worked about the half the time on only in certain sections at certain times...had Raleigh tickets too and was pissed! So we left DC and went to Atlantic City....I solely blame U2 for the grand I lost that night by canceling the show.
