Anyone who's been to recent shows: What time does U2 usually come on?

I was just wondering if anyone who's been to any of the June/July 2011 shows could give me a general idea of when U2 comes on to start their set. We'll likely be getting off to a late start, and I figured that they shouldn't likely be on until around 9:00 PM, but I've got no way of knowing for sure. If anyone remembers a rundabout time when the band started their setlist and would share with me, it would help immensely!

Yup, 9:00.

Sometimes a few minutes before, sometimes a few minutes after.

Its funny how the tickets say 7:30 but yet the opining band comes on like at 8 and U2 at 9 Has it always been like that?

I'm pretty sure my ticket reads 7pm start

That's the opening act. They're supposed to start at 7. Interpol was late the past 3 shows, so yea, U2 was later too.

The shows I went to earlier this summer, Lenny Kravitz came on at 7:30, but U2 still came on just around 9 as usual.

I don't know how they determine if the opener goes on at 7 or 7:30, because it seems to fluctuate a bit from show to show.

Their roadie actually broke one of their guitars before the show, so they were about 45 minutes late as someone had to drive to a guitar store. Speaking of epic fail.
Second day they came on about 7.15 or so.

OK, now that I've been to a kabillion, I can say - anytime between 8:45 and 9:15. With certainty.
