That's great news Mrs. V!

I too am very happy today. It's not Monday, but I weighed myself today anyway, because I was just feeling thinner and wanted to see if I was right.

I weigh 136.5 this morning! :shocked: I've lost 10 lbs! More, if you count the brief swing to 152 then 148, before I settled on 146.5 for awhile (the benchmark weight when I started this diet)!

BMI is now 22.7!

June 14 = 169.0

June 21 = 167.0

June 27 = 165.0

July 4 = 163

July 11 = 161.4

July 18 = 160

July 25 = 158

Aug 1 = 157.4

Aug 8 = 157.4

Aug 15 = 156
 
I am 5'9 , I weight 145 I wish I weight 125 but my mom said if I was that thin when I turned sideways she would lose me:eyebrow:

:lol: That's sorta like what my mom says. I'm 5'9.5" though. And like I said, I'm between 110 and 120 pounds.

Perhaps you are right :( I was about the same weight as LIKENO ONEBEFORE - she is about 120lbs..I was the same weight about 10 years ago when I was in my teens:reject: I have gained an average of 2 lbs a year... ok....someone feel free to slap me now:uhoh:

LOL! Well what I should say is that you would be very very thin at 125, but still in a normal weight BMI wise..... :)

I too was thin in my teens (or at least I think I was now that I'm 20lbs heavier!). Unfortunately, your metabolism slows as you age...it sucks. :(
 
Wow Char, did you really start wayyy back in April? It seems like yesterday! You sure have gone down gradually but steadily. You are the weight loss poster child! :ohmy:

I cheated this weekend. Chicken parm and pasta, ice cream, and a coffee coolata from Dunkin Donuts this morning. I don't even want to look at the scale when I go into the bathroom. :|

I had a minor disagreement with my Weight Watcher counselor; she alleged that I wasn't eating! I weighed in at 215.2 on Wednesday; to prove I was eating, I told BAW I was "on strike - serve it up!"

So, I gained from last week...217 today. Its all good; I'll show that lady who's eating and who's not!!!!

Very interesting. This has been cool to follow everyone's progress. Maybe I should consider weighing in regularly. I'm at 138.5 this morning.

No one likes to hear it, but since we're being honest here: I'm trying to go the other way. I'd like to put on 10lbs.
