For those on WW, it really does work. I lost 25 pounds when I was on WW. Of course, I got bored and stopped going - and have gained all of it back and then some

I need to start again.

The only reason I even know my weight is that I have to enter it in the elliptical machine to calculate my heartrate.

The point, at least for me, was for those of us who are trying to get healthier to have some motivation. I've been trying for three years to develop a daily, regular, scheduled exercise routine and I've found that if I promise people I'll do it, I'm more likely to do it. Now that I've said it on the internet in a public forum, I've got to hold myself accountable

I do not want to question your thread at all, do not get me wrong, I am just feeling that all threads are not being judged by the same criteria.
