I'm here...211.6 as of Monday a.m. and that included 3 weeks without gym due to that fall I suffered in Oregon...I'm back, baby!!!

October 2005 185 LBS

Started with the South Beach Diet then swithced to almost a vegan diet and yoga. Never felt better.

and started eating bad *fast food* again because i am lazy and it is easy

Thank you - I am now at 180 - I cannot believe I have lost 50 lbs! My waist has gone from 40" to 34" and I am staying healthy.
Oh and Im 6'. I always thought I was 5'11". Maybe the yoga stretched me an inch!

Maybe I should try yoga! I am still upset after my physical in Sept. when I was measured (they did it THREE times too! To prove it to me) that I am 5'9" when I have been 5'10" since I was in 10th grade!
