Wow, that is pretty phenominal!!! Congrats! I wish I could get spectacular results like you guys and deep keep getting.

I now have a window of like 3 weeks to lose some weight before I have a MONTH off from cycling. I will be at the cottage followed by all the immigration and U2 related stuff in September. If I can prevent myself from eating my way through Toronto (and all the U2 related parties there will be), it will be a minor miracle!!!!

5'8" 135 lbs.

I've haven't gained more than 5 lbs in like 15 years, lol.

But I'd like to lose those 5 lbs by the end of August although since I also work out a lot I may not actually lose weight since I'm gaining muscle. So I should revise it to say that I just want my clothes to fit better and I don't care what I weigh.

to everyone who's lost weight and to everyone who still will.

deep, you aren't eating enough. I'd bump it up to 1800.

I am greedy

I want a 1 - 2 pounds a week, my goal is 21.5 – 22 bmi

3500 calories is one pound, I am sure you know that

This is only simple math

Results are guaranteed, if one does not cheat.

Yes deep I know that, but there comes a point when your body gets used to the lowered calories and adjusts its metabolism accordingly because it thinks it's starving. You are not starving, but you are eating little enough that it's probably slowing down, which is why you have a plateau. But whatever works....
